In a large bowl or deep plate add flour, make a well add oil
Also add salt and mix everything together
Now add chopped chillies, onions, garlic and coriander leaves and mix
Add water little by little and knead well
Knead the dough for 5 minutes by mashing and rubbing with palms
Divide dough into equal size, approximately a small orange sized dough.
Take this dough on a damp piece of cloth and spread with hands into a thin chapati
Roast on both sides using oil or ghee
Serve hot with chutney or raitha
I made a chutney by grinding 1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, 2 chillies, 1 cm piece of ginger, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and coriander leaves
